  • 1.主料:韩国泡菜100克、面粉150克配料:香葱适量、鸡蛋3枚调料:盐、绵白糖、香油
  • 2.泡菜切丁后,取一容器,将泡菜丁、面粉、香葱、鸡蛋、盐、绵白糖、香油全部置入容器中;
  • 3.加一点清水,朝一个方向搅动均匀成糊状;
  • 4.平底锅放油加热,将面糊倒入平底锅中中小火煎制;
  • 5.一面煎好后,再煎另一面,2面煎成金黄色即可。
