Steps to make 【泡椒咸菜笋】

  • 1.笋适量,市场买回来就是煮过的,剥掉笋衣待用。
  • 2.笋,焯过水的猪肉一块,芦溪咸菜两包,蒜头,姜片。
  • 3.猪肉切片。
  • 4.笋切滚刀块,焯水。
  • 5.冲洗干紧,沥干水分待用。
  • 6.咸菜两包,咸菜水另外倒在一个碗里。
  • 7.小米椒一包,米椒适量切对半,泡椒水也待用。
  • 8.锅加热到冒烟,下入猪肉翻炒出油,再下入姜片,蒜头煸出香味。
  • 9.继续下入笋翻炒片刻。
  • 10.下入咸菜水,泡椒水,适量清水。
  • 11.中火焖煮十分钟到汤色发白。
  • 12.下入咸菜,切对半的泡椒,继续焖煮二十分钟。
  • 13.待咸菜的咸味,泡椒的辣味都煮到汤汁里,最后再进行调味,加适量的盐和鸡精,翻炒均匀。
  • 14.装碗,撒上葱末即可上桌。
