橙香蛋糕卷
带有橙子香味的蛋糕,加上耿同学最爱的奶油,小傢伙吃得很欢,看他吃得香我很高兴,但看他体型又有些担心,对高热量的排斥但又不停的买买买,矛盾。

Steps to make 橙香蛋糕卷

  • 1.准备好的原料。
  • 2.甜橙切薄片加200克水,25克糖煮开,放凉,再擦干表面的水份放在烤盘上。
  • 3.蛋黄和蛋白分开。
  • 4.蛋黄加入油,煮柠檬的水60克打匀。
  • 5.低筋粉过筛加入。
  • 6.拌成蛋糕糊待用。
  • 7.蛋白加入30克白糖打发,打蛋器能拉出弯尖头就可以。
  • 8.分三次加入蛋黄糊中,每次拌匀后再加入下一次的量。。
  • 9.完全拌好的蛋糕糊。
  • 10.倒进烤盘,用刮刀抹平,烤箱160度预热中层烤制30分钟。
  • 11.淡奶油加20克白糖打发。
  • 12.烤好的蛋糕抹上奶油卷起来,冰箱冷藏2小时左右。
  • 13.切块就可以。
