    Steps to make 蒜泥咸肉

    • 1.原料备用。
    • 2.咸肉洗净,切薄片。
    • 3.切好的肉片摆盘。
    • 4.盘内倒入适量的料酒,放入蒸锅内,蒸15分钟,至熟。
    • 5.胡萝卜洗净,切圆片。
    • 6.用牙签做成花朵状。
    • 7.蒸好的咸肉,取出后倒掉盘内的水。
    • 8.以胡萝卜花装饰。撒上适量的葱花。
    • 9.大蒜去皮,洗净后剁碎。
    • 10.取一只小碗,加入蒜泥,生抽,陈醋,香油,油辣椒。(因为咸肉本身已经比较咸了,所以不加盐)
    • 11.食用时,蘸取拌好的蘸料。(亦或把蘸料,倒在咸肉上)
