韩式酱山药丝
山药的好处真是多不胜举,可是说是食补的最佳食材之一。不但健脾养胃、益肺止咳、降低血糖,还能减肥。与山药搭配的食材所做的料理也各式各样,不过韩式小菜的的这个酱山药丝做法很特别,韩式酱料赋予了它独特的口感。

  • 山药1根
  • 绿辣椒1个
  • 少许
  • 2勺
  • 1勺
  • 1.5杯
  • 酱油4勺
  • 清酒3勺
  • 2勺
  • 熟油1勺
  • 糖浆1勺

Steps to make 韩式酱山药丝

  • 1.所需食材。
  • 2.山药切丝(小心时间,尽量不要让山药变色)。
  • 3.煮开水以后放入盐和醋,放入山药丝,煮2分钟左右捞出备用。
  • 4.斜切辣椒圈。
  • 5.姜切片。
  • 6.锅内倒入,水、酱油、糖煮开。
  • 7.加入清酒、熟油拌均匀。
  • 8.煮开后,放入山药丝、辣椒和姜片。
  • 9.放入糖浆后再煮5分钟左右,倒入适量香油和芝麻就可以出锅了。
  • 10.摆盘撒芝麻。
