麻糍饼
麻糍饼是我自己取的名称,当地把这种做法叫“夹麻糍”(音),柔软的麻糍包裹着满满的馅料在油锅里稍煎,外脆里糯,咸香美味,很耐饿。

    Steps to make 麻糍饼

    • 1.瘦肉切丁,加盐、料酒、生抽、水淀粉拌匀腌制10分钟。
    • 2.冬笋剥壳。
    • 3.切大片放淡盐水中焯水3分钟。
    • 4.冬笋、胡萝卜、芹菜、老豆腐、蒜苗切丁。
    • 5.雪菜切细。
    • 6.锅中放油烧热,放入肉末滑炒变色盛出。
    • 7.锅中另放油,放入冬笋、胡萝卜翻炒一会。
    • 8.再放入豆腐、芹菜翻炒。
    • 9.放入雪菜翻炒至熟。
    • 10.合入炒好的肉末和蒜苗,加盐、生抽调味炒匀晾凉。
    • 11.盆中刷油,放入麻糍,微波炉加热2分30秒变软。
    • 12.平底锅刷油,放入软糯的麻糍,稍压开。
    • 13.放入炒好的馅料。
    • 14.两边合起捏紧,两面稍煎。
    • 15.柔软的麻糍包裹着满满的馅料,外脆里糯,咸香美味,很耐饿。
