假期即将结束,越发的不想做饭了,感觉做多了吃不了,扔了可惜,不扔吧,又要吃剩的,翻翻冰箱看看还有点鸡胸肉,就做一个简单的酱爆鸡丁吧,秋天天气干燥,不妨吃点低热量的鸡肉也不错啊。

  • 黄瓜1根
  • 大蒜瓣4瓣
  • 李锦记京式甜酱1勺
  • 六必居干黄酱50g
  • 白糖10g

Steps to make 酱爆鸡丁

  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.将鸡胸肉去除白膜冼净,切成小丁,倒入料酒和淀粉搅匀。
  • 3.黄瓜切成同样大小的丁,大蒜切片。
  • 4.甜面酱、干黄酱、白糖、清水倒入碗中,搅拌均匀成酱汁。
  • 5.锅中放宽油,油温3成热度即可放入鸡丁,变色后即可捞出。
  • 6.锅烧热后留底油,先下蒜片爆香。
  • 7.倒入酱汁要不停的搅拌1-3分钟,直到酱汁浓稠。
  • 8.酱汁粘稠后,倒入滑油后的鸡丁,炒至鸡丁变色,不断翻炒,使鸡丁全部沾满酱汁
  • 9.最后倒入黄瓜丁,翻炒均匀后即关火。
  • 10.最后点入几滴香油即可。
