食疗作用
  生姜味辛、性微温,入脾、胃、肺经   具有发汗解表,温中止呕,温肺止咳,解毒的功效   主治外感风寒、胃寒呕吐、风寒咳嗽、腹痛腹泻、中鱼蟹毒等病症。   (但值得注意的是,生姜不宜在夜间食用, 其姜酚刺激肠道蠕动 白天可以增强脾胃作用,夜晚则成了影响睡眠伤及肠道的一大问题,故夜晚不宜食用,民间俗语云:早上吃姜,胜过吃参汤;晚上吃姜,等于吃砒霜,是有一定道理的。)

Steps to make 腌鲜姜

  • 1.把鲜姜去皮、切片
  • 2.把鲜姜片放入盐腌十五分钟
  • 3.把蒜、洋葱切小片
  • 4.酱油放入锅内、醋、糖、鸡粉、十三香
  • 5.在腌制姜的时间里,正好可以烧酱法,把酱油烧开后放入糖、醋、鸡粉、十三香、烧一分钟,最后放入蚝油搅拌一下,让它化开,放在一旁晾凉待用
  • 6.准备一个瓶子、或是密封碗什么的都可以,我是为了存放方便
  • 7.把用盐腌好的鲜姜用手攥干,去掉水分(如果你放的盐太多,可以用水冲一下再用手攥)一层鲜姜一点蒜一点洋葱然后再一层鲜姜一点蒜一点洋葱,这样然后一直到满。
  • 8.把晾凉的酱汁倒入码好的鲜姜中,盖好盖子。放到冰箱或是阴凉处24小时
  • 9.24小时后,把腌好的姜片加入花椒油拌一下食用。大功告成。也同时可以加入香油,或辣椒油。
