  • 1.备好食材。
  • 2.酸奶50g+水200g+糖搅匀,再放入面粉搅匀。
  • 3.放入色拉油、鸡蛋搅匀。
  • 4.和好。
  • 5.不粘锅不放油,倒入一勺面糊转动锅使之均匀,起泡泡熟了倒扣面板上。
  • 6.用碗扣上,剩余部分去掉,铺到盘子中。
  • 7.放酸奶、芒果片,两层一铺,摞起。
  • 8.全部做好。
  • 9.切开。
