    • 1.肉馅搅打上劲,加料酒、生抽、香油、胡椒粉、五香粉、盐、葱姜碎,拌匀调味

    • 4.山药剩下的边角料剁碎加入肉馅中拌匀
    • 5.碗中加入番茄酱
    • 6.加入白醋
    • 7.加入白糖
    • 8.加入盐
    • 9.加入淀粉
    • 10.加入水,兑成糖醋汁
    • 11.肉馅挤成丸子下油锅
    • 12.炸至金黄捞出
    • 13.重起油锅加底油烧热,下入葱姜碎和蒜片煸炒出香味,倒入糖醋汁
