拌猪心
猪心为猪的心脏,是一种补益食物。性平,归心经,含有丰富蛋白质及氨基酸等营养成分,具有补心、安神、增强体力等功效。可用于治疗心血不足或心阴不足导致的心慌、心跳不安、失眠多梦等症。
1、补心:猪心中含有大量蛋白质、脂肪、钙、磷、铁、维生素B等营养元素,可补充心肌营养,增强心肌收缩能力,预防及辅助治疗心脏疾病。
2、安神:猪心味甘咸,性平,归心经,可养心安神,有助改善惊悸恍惚、失眠多梦及心虚多汗等症。

  • 老干妈或辣椒油1勺

Steps to make 拌猪心

  • 1.准备一个猪心,对半切开之后放在水内浸泡半小时以上。
  • 2.泡好的猪心放入锅内,加入葱姜料酒,盖上锅盖焯水。
  • 3.等到猪心闷煮十分钟后,加入一勺盐,增加底味。
  • 4.猪心在煮10到20分钟之后,捞出切成薄片备用。
  • 5.准备适量葱姜蒜末和青红椒圈,放入碗内,搅拌均匀备用。
  • 6.锅内烧油,将油烧至十分熟后浇在切好的葱姜蒜辣椒上激发香味。
  • 7.再在碗内放入两勺生抽。一勺半的醋,少许蚝油,一勺老干妈或者辣椒油,少许麻油,半勺鸡精和适量盐搅拌均匀。
  • 8.将切好的猪心均匀的摆放在盘内,浇上我们刚才准备好的料汁。
  • 9.撒上葱花蒜末。
