  • 3.放入适量红酒,红贝肉先焯水。
  • 4.水沸腾后捞起来备用。
  • 5.另起锅,炒彩椒至断生。
  • 6.加适量食盐炒出彩椒多余水份。盛起来备用。
  • 7.另起锅,爆香蒜末,倒入红贝肉。
  • 8.爆炒一分钟。
  • 9.倒入彩椒一起翻炒一分钟。
  • 10.最后加生粉、酱油、清水、白糖、米醋勾芡。
  • 11.最后加蚝油、葱段炒匀即可出锅。
  • 12.成品。
