  • 1.准备好各种食材。
  • 2.黄油室温下溶化开,和糖粉一起搅拌均匀。
  • 3.加入全蛋液搅拌均匀。
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉搅拌均匀。
  • 5.筛入抹茶粉搅拌均匀。
  • 6.放入模具中弄平整后在冰箱冻一小时,放模具忘记拍了,这个是已经冻好的。
  • 7.切成半厘米厚的切片。
  • 8.在烤盘上铺油纸,整齐排开,中间要有空隙,烤熟后会变大的。
  • 9.出炉啦,慢慢的香味。在晾架上放凉就会变得香脆可口啦。。。
