  • 1.面粉加水、酵母粉和成面团饧发至2倍大小
  • 2.取出面团,切开看有很多蜂窝,
  • 3.用力揉面团把气泡排出去
  • 4.取一个面剂擀成大圆片
  • 5.舀一勺花生酱
  • 6.涂抹均匀,再撒少许盐
  • 7.从下往上折叠
  • 8.折叠好
  • 9.切合适的段
  • 10.每两个一组折成花卷形状
  • 11.全部做好再饧30分钟
  • 12.入蒸锅蒸熟即可
