鱼松夹心面包

Steps to make 鱼松夹心面包

  • 1.将面包原料除黄油外,放入面包桶,揉至出厚膜,加入黄油,揉至出薄膜,开始发酵。
  • 2.发至两倍大。
  • 3.将面团排气擀成跟烤盘差不多大。
  • 4.放入不粘烤盘,表面用叉子插孔。
  • 5. 放入烤箱发酵至两倍大。
  • 6.表面抹蛋液,撒葱末和白芝麻。
  • 7.放烤箱中下层上火160度下火170度15分钟。
  • 8.上色均匀后即可出炉。
  • 9.冷却后切块。
  • 10.在面包块底部抹番茄酱。
  • 11.在一块面包上放鱼松。
  • 12.盖上另一块面包,即可享用。
