Steps to make 剁椒鱼头

  • 1.鱼头洗净,去除鱼鳃,鱼头三角骨,从中剖成两半
  • 2.在空盘中码入葱姜蒜
  • 3.将鱼头平放在码好的葱姜蒜上
  • 4.在鱼头上铺上一层剁椒,根据个人口味还可加入小米椒和海椒
  • 5.大火蒸10分钟,关火虚蒸2分钟。期间将蒜切成蒜末,在蒸好的鱼头上放上蒜末。
  • 6.另起一锅,热锅凉油,至油温至8成热,用油呲入鱼头上。
  • 7.完成。
  • 8.可以在吃鱼的时候煮一些刀削面,鱼吃完后用刀削面放入鱼汤,非常可口。
