传统黑森林蛋糕,完美演绎德国的甜蜜滋味

Steps to make 传统黑森林蛋糕,完美演绎德国的甜蜜滋味

  • 1.烤箱预热180度,蛋糕模具中放入油纸。
  • 2.牛奶加植物油打散后加入可可粉与面粉搅拌均匀。
  • 3.鸡蛋蛋黄与蛋清分离,蛋黄加入面糊中拌匀,蛋白装入干净搅拌盆中。
  • 4.糖分3次加入蛋清中打发,打发至湿性发泡可拉出小弯钩。
  • 5.取1/3蛋白霜加入面糊中拌匀后再倒回蛋白霜中轻轻翻拌均匀。
  • 6.将拌好的蛋糕糊倒入蛋糕模具中推平,轻震两下放入烤箱中烤制17-20分钟。
  • 7.蛋糕出炉时再次轻震两次,立刻倒扣在晾凉架上。
  • 8.奶油打发至稳定冷藏备用,蛋糕脱模后撕去油纸。
  • 9.蛋糕用锯齿刀平行切成3等份,每层间抹上奶油,最后在蛋糕表面撒上巧克力碎和水果即可。
