  • 鲍汁1勺

Steps to make 土豆培根寿司卷

  • 1.土豆去皮,切块上蒸笼蒸熟。
  • 2.取出捣成土豆泥。
  • 3.葱,蒜,培根切沫,备用
  • 4.锅中入油,待油温6成热左右
  • 5.放入葱花蒜末爆香之后放入培根沫。
  • 6.翻炒均匀,放入适量盐,生抽,鲍汁(没有可不放)。待培根熟后放入适量鸡精,翻炒均匀即可。
  • 7.加入土豆泥,和培根沫翻炒均匀,倒入2勺黑芝麻。继续翻炒均匀。
  • 8.将炒好的土豆泥放凉。
  • 9.准备紫菜一张,光面朝下铺好
  • 10.码上土豆泥。多少随你喜好,细一点口感更好。
  • 11.用寿司帘将紫菜卷起,没有的话可以拿一张稍微硬一些的海报纸可以代替,上面铺上一层保鲜膜即可。卷好卷后,多余的紫菜拿快刀切掉。
  • 12.用锯齿刀斜切成段,装盘即可。
