全麦面包是指用没有去掉外面麸皮和麦胚的全麦面粉制作的面包,特点是颜色微褐,肉眼能看到很多麦麸的小粒,质地比较粗糙,但有香气,含有丰富粗纤维、维生素E以及锌、钾等矿物质,营养价值比白面包高。

  • 绵白糖40g

  • 酵母粉3g

Steps to make 全麦橄榄油面包

  • 1.面包桶内倒入橄榄油
  • 2.加100克水
  • 3.盐和糖分别放对角处,然后称量好全麦粉,最后放酵母粉
  • 4.开启和面程序和成面团
  • 5.饧发至2倍大小
  • 6.取出面团排气滚圆
  • 7.分成大小均匀的6份再收圆
  • 8.活底模具倒少许橄榄油抹匀
  • 9.放上面包胚进行二次发酵
  • 10.饧发好的面包胚
  • 11.表面刷蛋液
  • 12.提前预热烤箱200度烤30分钟
  • 13.烤好后取出晾凉
