民间有:冬吃萝卜夏吃姜,不劳医生开药方的俗语 白萝卜富含钙质和维生素C,具有促进消化、消炎、抗癌及解毒作用。它还有很高的营养价值,含有丰富的碳水化合物和多种维生素,其中维生素C的含量比梨高8~10倍。萝卜不含草酸,不仅不会与食物中的钙结合,更有利于钙的吸收,刚好棒子骨又含有丰富的钙质,和萝卜一起用来煲汤,非常完美的搭配。

此汤排骨酥烂脱骨,汤汁鲜而醇厚,实为冬季食疗的佳品。

  • 1.买回的棒骨冲洗干净,萝卜也洗净.
  • 2.棒骨放进凉水锅中,烧开后去除血沫,捞出。
  • 3.萝卜切成滚刀块,姜切片,葱切段,枸杞用水泡发。
  • 4.将砂锅内注入凉水,放入棒骨,加入姜片,葱段烧开后转小火炖1.5个小时 。
  • 5.加入萝卜块调入盐.继续小火炖.
  • 6.炖到萝卜也软烂时,将泡好的枸杞加入.再炖5分钟即可出锅.
