Steps to make 家常豆腐

  • 1.青椒切菱形片,木耳提前泡发,蒜切片备用。
  • 2.调个料汁:1勺蚝油,2勺生抽,1勺白糖,少许盐,3勺水淀粉,搅拌均匀。
  • 3.豆腐切三角形厚片,下锅小火慢煎。
  • 4.两面煎至金黄,盛出备用。
  • 5.锅留底油,下入蒜片炒出香味。
  • 6.加入一勺豆瓣酱,炒出红油。
  • 7.倒入青椒,木耳,炒至断生。
  • 8.倒入煎好的豆腐。
  • 9.调好的料汁倒入。
  • 10.烧至入味,收汁即可。
