蜜三刀
这是小时候很喜欢的一种点心,不为别的,只是喜欢它够甜。那时候从没想到有一天可以自己来做,自己做出的蜜三刀,吃起来依旧是很甜蜜的感觉。

Steps to make 蜜三刀

  • 1.将中粉35克、油7克、水17克混合,揉成白皮面团,松弛15分钟
  • 2.将中粉350克、麦芽糖150克、油35克、水85克和泡打粉混合,揉成糖酥面团,松弛15分钟
  • 3.将松弛好的皮料擀成方形的薄片。
  • 4.将糖酥面团擀成和皮料一样大小的方形
  • 5.皮上刷一层薄薄的清水,将糖酥粘在白皮上面,擀成约7毫米厚的片
  • 6.切去边角,成一个规则的方形
  • 7.切成长2厘米,宽3厘米的长方块
  • 8.每个方块在糖酥上面划三刀,不要划穿
  • 9.将做好的蜜三刀面块放入油锅中,小火炸熟
  • 10.将糖浆原料放入小锅,加热到出现浓密的泡沫状态
  • 11.将炸好的面控油,放入热糖浆中均匀地裹上糖浆。
  • 12.将蜜三刀从糖浆过取出,撒上芝麻晾凉。
