    Steps to make 啤酒炖鲤鱼

    • 1.葱切段和葱花,姜切片,蒜切大块,青红椒切块。
    • 2.鲤鱼切块,用料酒、盐、胡椒粉、葱姜腌制2小时。
    • 3.腌制好的鱼沾一层面粉。
    • 4.把鱼煎到金黄盛出来。
    • 5.泡一些腐竹备用。
    • 6.锅里热油,炒一下葱姜蒜,蒜炒到金黄即可。
    • 7.把煎好的鱼块放进去,加一罐啤酒,没过鱼块,如果不够可以加一些水。
    • 8.加入酱油、老抽、盐、糖,然后把腐竹倒进去,炖10分钟。
    • 9.然后放入青红椒再炖一会儿。
    • 10.最后放入葱花,闷一下即可。
