很多年,麻团,依然还在儿时的记忆中。喜爱吃甜食的我,小时候经常会买两个麻团,安静细品它的甜香软糯,那甜美滋味久留心底。长大了无论走到哪里,只要看到这圆圆的沾满了脆香芝麻的麻团,一种亲切感便油然而升,勾起我许多的美好回忆......

  • 面粉1大勺
  • 泡打粉1小勺
  • 色拉油1小勺

Steps to make 麻团

  • 1.将糯米粉和白面粉按2:1比例混合,加入少许泡打粉和1勺色拉油,用温开水搅拌均匀。
  • 2.和成光滑的面团(无需饧面)。
  • 3.准备好馅料红豆沙。
  • 4.将和好的面团分成大小相等的剂子。
  • 5.取一个剂子,按扁后放入豆沙馅。
  • 6.在手心揉成圆球。
  • 7.将揉好的麻团放在芝麻碗里,滚满芝麻,再复揉固定好圆球状。
  • 8.所有的麻团都沾上芝麻,放在案上待炸。
  • 9.炒锅添多半锅油,开小火。
  • 10.待油温四五成热时将麻团依次全部放入。
  • 11.其间不停用铲勺翻动麻团,使其受热均匀。
  • 12.小火慢炸15分钟,等麻团受热膨胀变大,成金黄色后捞出。
  • 13.控油后装盘,金灿灿而且油润润的,又甜又香哦!
