Steps to make 蓝莓果酱贝壳面包

  • 1.将牛奶、蛋液、油等液体依次加入面包桶,加入盐和白糖,筛入高筋粉,加入酵母,启动两个和面程序,大约需要40分钟,然后启动发酵程序,时间是1小时30分钟,发酵好的面团取出排气。
  • 2.均匀的分成12个小面团,盖上保鲜膜静止15分钟,备好蓝莓果酱。
  • 3.取一个面团,擀成偏长一点的面饼,用刮面刀压出贝壳的痕迹。
  • 4.然后用筷子在中间部位夹出贝壳形状,翻面在没有压痕的一面放上蓝莓果酱。
  • 5.折叠捏紧,防止二次发酵时蓝莓果酱流淌出来。
  • 6.最后扣上贝壳,一个贝壳面包就做好了,以此类推做好所有的贝壳面包。
  • 7.将做好的所有贝克面包码入烤盘
  • 8.入烤箱45度二次发酵40分钟(时间长短根据自己的烤箱而定)。
  • 9.二次发酵完成后取出烤盘,烤箱先160度预热5分钟,预热期间给发酵好的面包表面刷蛋液。
  • 10.送入预热好的烤箱,中层160度烘烤20分钟
  • 11.出炉。
