广式枧水粽
枧水粽是广东一带的汉族传统名点,肉色金黄透明,脆口不腻,吃时蘸以白糖或蜜糖,别有风。周四就是端午节,提前来一款枧水粽吧,分享广东名点。

  • 白砂糖100克
  • 枧水5ml

Steps to make 广式枧水粽

  • 1. 糯米洗净浸泡5小时;
  • 2.捞出糯米,沥干水;
  • 3.沥干水的糯米放入一个大盘子中,加入枧水拌均,糯米颜色渐渐变黄,加入白砂糖拌均;PS:不放糖就蘸着吃;
  • 4.粽叶、蒲苇浸泡一个晚上,洗净,沥干水;
  • 5.粽叶折成不漏的漏斗形状;
  • 6.放入拌均好的糯米;PS:九成满
  • 7.包裹好粽子
  • 8.用蒲苇捆绑结实;
  • 9.包好的粽子,用剪刀剪去多余的粽叶、蒲苇;
  • 10. 粽子放入压力锅,加适量水,水要浸过粽子,煲约40分钟即可;PS:普通锅要煲1小时以上;
  • 11.煮好的粽子,可以吃冷的也可以吃热的,如果包粽子时候没有放糖,可以蘸白砂糖、蜂蜜等吃。
