提子面包
前几天做的面包很受欢迎。拿到我们店里都不够吃。天天带都不够。隔壁的同事都跑来问着吃。有2个同事还说自己买好材料叫我帮她做了带过去。自从得到面包机之后一门心思的想着做烘焙。

  • 葡萄干50g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 酵母2g
  • 65g
  • 奶粉25g
  • 橄榄油25g
  • 2g

Steps to make 提子面包

  • 1.材料备好。
  • 2.面包机通里加入橄榄油,鸡蛋。白糖。盐。清水。稍微搅散一下。
  • 3.加入奶粉。
  • 4.筛入高筋面粉。中间扣个洞散入酵母粉。
  • 5.面包机桶装入面包机内。
  • 6.启动和面程序,30分钟,如果不出膜就再和面15分钟。
  • 7.面和好后放入干净的大盆子里。
  • 8.盖上保鲜膜发酵。
  • 9.发酵至2倍大就行了。
  • 10.把面团分成六个一样重量的小面团。要用秤来分。然后用擀面杖擀出气泡。
  • 11.然后擀成椭圆,上面撒入均匀的葡萄干。然后均匀的往里卷起。
  • 12.三个全部依次做好。小烤盘放不下那么多。我用另外三个搓成的包子形式的面包。中间包的也是提子。用保鲜膜盖上发酵。
  • 13.烤箱预热130°。
  • 14.中层上下火125°烤25分钟。
  • 15.拿出来刷点蛋液继续烤10分钟即可。
  • 16.成品。
