Steps to make 熬一份美味、备一份甜蜜——樱桃果酱

  • 1.樱桃去掉瓣浸泡入水中,加入少量的盐。
  • 2.洗净后的樱桃,沥干水分,倒入无油的锅中,再在锅中加入莫过樱桃一倍的水。
  • 3.加入细砂糖。
  • 4.大火烧开,转中小火煮10分钟左右,樱桃表皮破裂。
  • 5.用漏勺捞起破裂的樱桃,再用勺子压漏勺中的樱桃挤出里面的核,漏下果肉。(如果一开始就把樱桃核去掉就可以省掉这一步)
  • 6.分离出核的樱桃再煮大约几分钟直至变的粘稠即可。
