韩式甜辣米粉蒸寸骨
粉蒸排骨经常在外面吃,其实家中自己做也并不难。我自己做了一点改良,腌料更换了韩式甜辣酱和韩式大酱,这样会和外面餐厅的传统做法,味道上有所不同,很不错哦。

  • 韩式甜辣酱一勺
  • 韩式大酱一勺
  • 老干妈辣酱半勺
  • 蜂蜜少许
  • 姜片少许
  • 小葱1根

Steps to make 韩式甜辣米粉蒸寸骨

  • 1.选用上好的猪肋排
  • 2.凉水下锅加料酒、姜片焯排骨
  • 3.这些是这道菜所需的主要调料
  • 4.焯好的排骨,加入西餐主餐勺1勺韩式大酱
  • 5.1勺韩式甜辣酱
  • 6.半勺老干妈,适量蜂蜜,鸡精少许,料酒适量调匀腌制一晚(我是早上腌制,下班回家做的)盐千万不能再放了,除非您口味超重。
  • 7.锅中不放油,小火炒圆粒糯米,要不停翻炒以免糊掉
  • 8.糯米炒成金黄色就可以了
  • 9.米炒熟后关火下入适量五香粉搅匀晾凉
  • 10.米凉之后放入食品袋用擀面杖擀碎
  • 11.无需太碎,否则没有口感,擀成这样就差不多啦
  • 12.把腌制好的寸排骨完全包裹住调了五香粉的熟糯米碎
  • 13.必须表扬一下我自己,我怎么算计得这么准,裹完所有排骨,居然糯米全用光
  • 14.上锅开蒸,大火水开,转小火蒸1小时
  • 15.一小时后,超赞的肉肉就蒸好啦
  • 16.点缀些小葱碎,更有食欲
  • 17.赶快做给家人尝尝吧
  • 18.话不多说,我已经忍不住啦
