    Steps to make 菠萝咕咾肉

    • 1.  菠萝从腰间切开,用小刀取出果肉,壳留用当餐具。
    • 2.材料图,里脊肉已切片,腌上了。腌制方法,我通常都是往切好的肉里加生抽料酒和一点水,抓均匀后加盐和葱末还有胡椒粉,拌均匀后静置腌制。菠萝肉放在淡盐水里浸泡。
    • 3.临下锅前抓一点淀粉。
    • 4.抓好后的肉比较松散,这样便于一片一片下锅。
    • 5.配菜改刀。
    • 6.取一小碗,挤蕃茄酱约两大勺,加糖一大勺,盐柠檬汁生抽和适量水拌均匀备用。
    • 7.  坐锅烧油,油温五六成热时将腌好的肉一片一片下锅。定型后再翻动。
    • 8.炸好的肉片出锅。
    • 9.锅底留下少量的油,炒香二椒片和葱段。
    • 10.下菠萝块翻炒。
    • 11.倒入之前兑好的汁。
    • 12.烧开后下入肉片,汤汁裹均匀小火稍烧即可出锅。
