Steps to make 蟹焖豆腐

  • 1.这款菜的备料:梭子蟹二只,豆腐一块,葱适量。
  • 2.锅里加油下姜丝爆香,这锅可以调节,可以先小火爆,这样子我们可以着手去洗梭子蟹。
  • 3.在爆姜丝的时候,咱们就可以将蟹先拆洗好。
  • 4.姜丝出味之后,将蟹块先下锅煎一下,最好都切面向下煎,这样子能更好的锁住鲜味。
  • 5.然后再将豆腐块及蟹盖下锅,先不要加调料,就这么焖一下。
  • 6.然后用生抽,料酒 ,香菇肉丁,蒜蓉辣椒调一款个人喜欢的酱汁。
  • 7.将酱汁下锅,继续焖至食材入味 就可以,最后洒上葱花就可以了锅啦。
