香蒜奶油鲑鱼《纸包鱼片4 》
大蒜面包口味!

爆好吃,爆简单。如果改用烤箱烤,外观还会带点焦黄,卖相更美哟!

  • 鲑鱼1块(约200g~250g)
  • 大蒜5粒
  • 奶油1小块
  • 料酒1小匙

Steps to make 香蒜奶油鲑鱼《纸包鱼片4 》

  • 1.鲑鱼洗净擦干,两面抹上盐 &米酒
  • 2.大蒜去皮绞成泥(或拍裂剁碎) ♥ 图片中大蒜因冷冻过,颜色较黄。
  • 3.将蒜泥均匀铺满鱼肉
  • 4.奶油切小块均匀排上
  • 5.以烘焙纸包好,中微波3~4分钟 (或蒸6~8分钟) ,上菜。♥ 用小烤箱烤8~10分钟(改垫锡箔纸,不用cover)。
  • 6.♥ 纸材使用「微波料理纸 / Cooking Sheet」或「烘焙用纸 / Baking Sheet」 耐热温度皆达250゚C。微波料理纸材质︰silicon ;烘焙用纸材质︰腊 。不着火、不沾黏,蒸烤微波皆可用。
