Steps to make 冬瓜烧鸡

  • 1.冬瓜去皮、洗净、切花刀,鸡腿剁块。
  • 2.锅烧热、爆姜丝,冬瓜入油锅略煎一会。
  • 3.锅中余油加白糖快速翻炒。
  • 4.炒至快拔丝时倒入鸡块翻炒上色;加入八角继续翻炒,沿锅边加入水,焖煮5分钟。
  • 5.倒入冬瓜,加盐、胡椒、酱油、加点水,烧3分钟。
  • 6.加入青红椒,调味即可。
