  • 1.茄子洗净,用手撕成条(比刀切的更好吃)

  • 3.蒜切末,葱切末
  • 4.热锅热油,放葱末和一半蒜末爆香
  • 5.放入茄子条炒三四分钟
  • 6.再放适量的花椒粉,酱油和东北大酱翻炒均匀
  • 7.加适量的清水
  • 8.盖盖,大火煮五六分钟,中间可看看锅,别糊锅了
  • 9.待汤汁收的差不多时再放剩下的蒜末和少许味精炒匀即可,放上香菜就可以吃啦
