烤鱿鱼配橄榄沙拉
鱿鱼,富含蛋白质和各种等微量元素,其含的多肽和硒等微量元素有抗病毒、抗射线作用。鱿鱼还含有丰富的DHA(俗称脑黄金)、EPA等高度不饱和脂肪酸,对人体骨骼发育和造血十分有益,还可预防贫血。中医认为,鱿鱼有滋阴养胃、补虚润肤的功能。

制作这款烤鱿鱼采用的是我们当地产的新鲜鱿鱼,用烤肉酱、泰式辣酱、黑胡椒粉和橄榄油腌制入味入烤箱烤制,烤出来的外型美观,口感鲜嫩。吃时再配上蔬菜沙拉好吃又解腻。

Steps to make 烤鱿鱼配橄榄沙拉

  • 1.鱿鱼取出内脏洗净。
  • 2.放入玩中加烤肉酱、辣酱、胡椒粉拌匀。
  • 3.再加入橄榄油拌匀腌制2小时。
  • 4.甘蓝洗净切丝。
  • 5.放入碗中。
  • 6.加适量沙拉酱拌匀备用。
  • 7.将烤盘垫上一层锡纸,放入腌制好的鱿鱼。
  • 8.烤箱200度预热。
  • 9.放入烤盘中层,180度烤20分钟。
  • 10.期间取出再刷一层酱汁。
  • 11.20分钟后取出将鱿鱼身划上几刀。
  • 12.再均匀的抹上一层橄榄油放入烤箱上层用上火再烤5分钟即可。
