  • 1.大集合,把主材粉为两份
  • 2.自然溶解了黄油,分别加入糖粉打半发,在分别加入两勺蛋液打匀
  • 3.一个盆子加入160克的低粉,最好过滤一下
  • 4.分别加入一克的盐
  • 5.另一个盆子加入150克的低粉和10克的可可和1克的盐
  • 6.分别把粉加入
  • 7.手工揉成面团
  • 8.用保鲜袋装好入冰箱10分钟,刚好今天比较冷,若天气热就要20分钟
  • 9.出冰箱用搓棍搓成5厘米厚的方型
  • 10.层叠的那面要刷上一层蛋液粘合
  • 11.错位粘合,用保鲜膜包好入冰箱一小时
  • 12.切5厘米厚放烤盘,上下180度中间烤15分钟,转金色即可
  • 13.烤好咯,很香
  • 14.待冷后装盘开吃
