Steps to make 番茄西兰花浓汤

  • 1.鸡蛋黄白分离,西兰花将顶部绿叶部分切碎备用,淀粉加少量水调成水淀粉备用。
  • 2.锅内少油,倒入鸡蛋黄液,摊成小饼。
  • 3.取出小饼,切碎备用。
  • 4.锅内不加油,倒入番茄丁不停翻炒。
  • 5.炒至稍稍融化。
  • 6.加入清水,大火烧开。
  • 7.倒入蛋黄丁拌匀。
  • 8.调入适量水淀粉至汤浓稠。
  • 9.将蛋清液打散淋入锅内。
  • 10.西兰花碎倒入锅内。
  • 11.调入适量食盐,烧开即可。
