Steps to make 芹菜腐竹干鱿

  • 1.干鱿用水泡软。
  • 2.泡好的鱿鱼洗净,且滚刀花,切小块,红椒切丝,姜、蒜切片。
  • 3.腐竹泡软泡透,芹菜洗净切段。
  • 4.热油锅,爆香姜、蒜片,放鱿鱼翻炒至卷起,加适量酱油、白糖和甜辣酱调味,翻炒均匀,盛起备用。
  • 5.另起油锅,把芹菜、腐竹、红椒一起放入翻炒至腐竹熟(有腐竹的香味飘出),加盐调好味。
  • 6.再把炒好的鱿鱼放入翻炒均匀就完成了。
