天鹅冰激凌泡芙
第一次学做天鹅泡芙,样子做得真的不咋的!特别是那脖子特别难做好!大家将就看看吧!我中间夹了冰激凌,天气太热边做边化!

  • 黄油40克
  • 低粉60克
  • 100克
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 巧克力酱少许
  • 1/4小勺

Steps to make 天鹅冰激凌泡芙

  • 1.小锅里放入黄油、盐和水煮开关火
  • 2.把低粉过筛放入黄油水中
  • 3.用刮刀搅拌均匀,将小锅重新放在火上小火加热并不停搅拌至锅底结出一层薄膜关火
  • 4.鸡蛋打散,将面团放入盆里,将蛋液分多次加入,边加边搅拌
  • 5.搅拌成顺滑的面糊
  • 6.将面糊装入裱花袋里
  • 7.先将裱花袋剪开一小口,在烤箱纸上挤出2字,最好挤正反2种形,我只挤了一种
  • 8.放入烤箱180度烤5分钟,结束后稍微放在烤箱闷一会再拿出
  • 9.再将裱花袋剪出比较大的口子,在烤盘上挤出水滴形
  • 10.烤箱预热190度烤25分钟,再放在烤箱里闷10分钟,取出晾凉
  • 11.将泡芙从中下层剖开,再将上面的对半剪开
  • 12.一般中间都是淡奶油,我用的自制的冰激凌
  • 13.将底部空间填上冰激凌,将脖子插在前面再装上翅膀,用巧克力酱点上眼睛即可
  • 14.天鹅冰激凌泡芙完成
