葱香拌扁豆
这个算是忆苦思甜饭。同时也是我的瘦身食物。
记忆里,每到深秋,除了白菜和萝卜别的蔬菜都不再生长的时候,各色扁豆都是一串一串挂在藤蔓上。
那个年代用肉来炒是很奢侈的,多是辣椒爆炒一下。
蒸着吃的时候,妈妈就是用点鲜葱,放上食盐把葱末腌一下,用来拌蒸扁豆。
清淡得很让小时候的我觉得难吃呀。
现在这么拌一下,我倒觉得味道还真不错。
