蜜豆三色吐司
ACA的ATO-TM33HT电子式烤箱,这是我家第一台ACA烤箱,它的外观是香槟色和黑色搭配,高端大气。上下管独立控温,7大预设菜单,NTC双路精准控温,测温误差达到±1℃。我最喜欢它的旋钮设计,因为之前也使用过电子烤箱,温度、时间的设定都需要按键来调节,现在ACA的旋钮轻轻一转,非常方便!第一次我用它做了蜜豆三色吐司,因为最近天气降温,而小A的低温发酵功能正好用上!吐司的基础发酵和二次发酵全由小A代劳!

  • 高粉250克
  • 鸡蛋40克
  • 牛奶80克
  • 淡奶油70克
  • 黄油20克
  • 奶粉15克
  • 白糖43克
  • 玫瑰香精几滴
  • 斑斓香精几滴
  • 食盐3克
  • 酵母粉3克
  • 蜜豆少许

Steps to make 蜜豆三色吐司

  • 1.按顺序放入面包桶内,先放入液体类的牛奶、奶油和蛋液,一个角放糖,一个角放盐
  • 2.放入高筋面粉,在面粉上挖一个小窝放入耐高糖干酵母
  • 3.启动面包机,开始揉面,成团后加切小的黄油
  • 4.两个和面程序结束后取出面团分成三等份
  • 5.一份加入斑斓香精揉匀
  • 6.一份加入玫瑰香精揉匀
  • 7.把三色面团放盆里,互相之间用保鲜膜隔开,上面盖一块纱布
  • 8.放入烤箱,按下“菜单”选择发酵,36度低温发酵1小时左右
  • 9.面团发至两倍大即可
  • 10.取出发酵好的面团压扁排气松弛15分钟后,把松弛过的面团擀成长方形
  • 11.白色面坯放最底层撒点蜜豆
  • 12.把红色面坯压上撒点蜜豆
  • 13.最后把绿色面坯压上也撒点蜜豆
  • 14.慢慢卷起来放入学厨吐司盒里
  • 15.放入烤箱进行最后发酵
  • 16.发酵至8分满模后,取出刷上一层蛋液
  • 17.选择菜单“烘烤”,设定温度180,时间30分钟,按下“启动”, 烤箱自动进入预热功能180度烘烤30分钟,看见着色了,上面可以加盖或者加锡纸
  • 18.烤好的成品脱模冷却
  • 19.彻底冷却切片即可
