  • 1.道具:做章鱼丸子的锅和翻转丸子的铁锥子,应该还有刷油的刷子,早坏了,刷子没有没关系,有锅和锥子就可以了。
  • 2.材料(还有鸡蛋2个)。
  • 3.粉、鸡蛋、水放盆中搅拌均匀。
  • 4.锅点中火放入适量的油烧至锅热(有刷子刷油很方便,我没刷子就用餐巾纸代用了)。
  • 5.小火,倒入汤汁,各放入一块章鱼。
  • 6.撒入碎姜和碎葱。
  • 7.底面成形了用铁锥子翻转每个丸子(这里要熟中生巧,开始比较难,第二锅就会好了。
  • 8.比较光滑了,不停的翻转丸子,外表金黄了就达到外脆里嫩了。
  • 9.装盘浇上章鱼丸子酱和萨拉酱,再撒上柴鱼粉片和青海草渣就好了,做了48个。
