  • 香油1茶匙
  • 面粉500克

Steps to make 洋葱猪肉包

  • 1.酵母用温水化开,倒入面粉中,再逐点加入温水,将面粉和成棉絮状;然后搓揉成光滑的面团,放置温暖的地方让其发酵两小时。看,发酵好的面团有好多小洞洞哟~
  • 2.洋葱切丁备用。
  • 3.上肉剁成肉沫,放入洋葱丁中,加入盐、鸡粉、生抽、黑胡椒粉以及香油,充分搅拌。

  • 5.面团揉成光滑的长条,切成等分的小团(大概12~13坨),用擀面杖擀成中间厚周边较薄的面皮。
  • 6.放入馅料,包成包子,放置20分钟让其二次发酵。
  • 7.冷水上锅蒸,水开后大概10分钟关火,放置3分钟再开盖。
