  • 牛奶290g

  • 酵母3g
  • 火腿肠1/3根
  • 巧克力一小块

Steps to make 小猪猪包

  • 1.把所有材料混合揉成光滑的面团(牛奶不要一次性全部倒入,要逐词倒入),放在盆中盖上布发酵
  • 2.把发酵好的面团拿出在案板上排气(就是再重新揉一次面团)
  • 3.又一次揉好的面团
  • 4.用刀把面团分成两半
  • 5.一半揉成长条
  • 6.把长条面团平均分成几份,有均匀(估算即可,是为了包包都是差不多大的,这样漂亮些,嘻嘻)
  • 7.把分好的一个小面团向内收紧
  • 8.在把收紧的小面团翻过来
  • 9.手的形状(如图)扣住面团,画圈,使面团更圆
  • 10.火腿肠切薄片
  • 11.把火腿肠片修成长方形,在切成四分三角形即可
  • 12.三角形是小猪耳朵,切下来的边是小猪的嘴
  • 13.先把耳朵和嘴巴贴好
  • 14.把巧克力融化,用筷子蘸巧克力点眼睛
  • 15.可爱的猪猪造型完成,然后醒面15分钟(这是2次发酵,让面团里的气完全饱和)
  • 16.冷水放入蒸锅中,大火蒸20分钟,再闷3-5分钟即可出锅
  • 17.小猪猪出锅啦!
