鱿鱼,是我们家孩子的最爱,烧烤味的,红烧的,都喜欢,就是需要味浓,辣,麻,今天,我烧的辣椒放少些,他就觉得缺那么点味,哈哈,这孩子,还要求不低……我是希望他不要吃太辣,所以家里烧总会扣住点,希望回归点原味,希望口味不要那么重……

  • 洋葱1个
  • 3克
  • 生抽2克
  • 料酒2克
  • 辣椒粉1勺
  • 孜然粉1勺
  • 生姜1段
  • 大蒜1个

Steps to make 双椒爆鱿鱼

  • 1.鱿鱼,收拾干净,切花刀,这花刀没切好,刀功需要加强
  • 2.青椒、红椒、蒜、姜,切好,备用
  • 3.切好洋葱,洋葱切之前可以放冷冻里10分钟,省的热泪满面
  • 4.热锅,入油,爆热,入姜、蒜
  • 5.入洋葱,爆炒
  • 6.入鱿鱼,鱿鱼要事先用热水,绰下,这里忘记拍照了,可以绰掉鱿鱼的水份,否则炒的时候会有很多水,影响口感
  • 7.入青椒、红椒,爆炒,料酒少许,这里速度要快,时间不宜久
  • 8.加入盐、生抽,孜然、辣椒、翻炒就可以出锅了
