韩国鸡蛋糕
我记得在韩国明洞有晚上有很多小吃,鸡蛋糕也是很常见的小吃。闻着非常香让人食指大动就想尝看看真的好好吃~回家后还念念不忘变自己试着做看看,原理应该就是蛋糕上面有鸡蛋火腿芝士,甜甜咸咸的上面是咸的鸡蛋底部是甜而松软的蛋糕,口感很丰富。关键做法很简单,当早餐吃就微波10秒就好了~

  • 低筋面粉85克
  • 奶粉15克
  • 牛奶40克
  • 鸡蛋7个
  • 黄油75克
  • 1匙
  • 泡打粉1匙
  • 白糖35克

Steps to make 韩国鸡蛋糕

  • 1.材料准备如图
  • 2.低筋面粉过筛,加入奶粉,糖,盐,泡打粉
  • 3.另个碗里搅匀一个鸡蛋,牛奶和隔水加热融化的黄油
  • 4.将图三蛋液与图二面粉混合搅拌均匀
  • 5.倒入纸杯中,如果是用鸡蛋的话面糊不能太多,占1/3差不多。后来我还用过鹌鹑蛋,面糊就可以放多一些了~
  • 6.在上面放一些火腿或者培根
  • 7.烤箱180C或者350F 预热完后 烤20分钟,取出放上芝士再烤5分钟。主要看蛋不是液状熟了就OK了~
  • 8.这是在韩国街边卖的鸡蛋糕 拍得不太清楚 不过当时吃到觉得超级好吃于是回家就自己动手试试看~
