泰式椰浆芒果糯米
泰式椰浆芒果糯米sticky rice 是泰国代表甜品。好几年前juju和bubu刚到泰国度假时在一家餐厅遇到一对美国老夫妇,他们刚好坐在我们旁边桌所以大家自然地开始聊起来,看着大概60多岁的这对夫妇特热情,聊着聊着他们问我们有没有尝过泰国的sticky rice,我们说还没有他们就强推荐说一定要尝尝这个甜品,味道特别棒,相信我们尝完以后一定会爱上它,果然剩下的在泰国那些日子里我俩几乎天天都会找这道甜品吃。回国以后也是一直念念不忘,每次去泰国餐厅都会必点这道甜品,可惜每次都会对那些不够正宗的味道小小失望。前几天看着超市里的大芒果bubu说特想吃sticky rice,juju就干脆动手在家里试做了一下这道我俩最爱的泰国甜品,结果非常令人满意,不管之前有没有尝试过这道甜品,喜欢椰奶和芒果的小伙伴们,我保证你们也会像我们一样瞬间被它的美味给秒杀哦~!!!

  • 椰奶250g
  • 砂糖70g

Steps to make 泰式椰浆芒果糯米

  • 1.提前把糯米浸泡在水里2小时左右
  • 2.蒸糯米20-30分钟左右直到熟
  • 3.微火,锅里倒入椰奶
  • 4.倒入砂糖和盐,煮到砂糖全部融化即关火
  • 5.把做好的椰浆的5分之4放入蒸糯米里,轻轻搅拌均匀后密封在室温放1个小时左右
  • 6.切好芒果,等到蒸糯米吸收全部的椰浆,在杯子里或盘子里先放米,上面摆好一些芒果,再适量在顶部撒些步骤4里用完剩下的椰浆和少量芝麻即完成
