看这米饭Q弹饱满,粒粒分明,色泽诱人,味道更是香得无语!就连从来不吃香菇的那位,竟也吃得津津有味呢~~

Steps to make 煲仔饭

  • 1.准备好所需食材
  • 2.将大米洗净后倒入内锅,并加入1杯清水浸泡约15分钟
  • 3.食材洗净后,鸡肉和香菇改刀切丝,芹菜切末备用
  • 4.将所有调味料放入碗中,并混合均匀
  • 5.然后加入鸡丝和香菇丝拌匀
  • 6.将鸡丝和香菇丝均匀的铺在浸泡好的大米上,并闭合外盖
  • 7.按下“功能选择”按键,选择“煲仔饭”,再按下“开”按键
  • 8.制作时间为42分钟
  • 9.煮饭完成后,按下“关/取消”按键
  • 10.打开外盖,放入芹菜末,再次闭合外盖,利用余温焖5分钟,再用饭勺轻轻拌匀即可
  • 11.非常入味哟!
