云腿月饼做法2
上次做了个云腿月饼反响不错。不过总感觉还是跟吃过的硬壳云腿月饼有点差别。换个配方换种做法,再来一次。这一次,感觉这皮儿就比较像那硬壳的模样了。原方同时用到了酥油和猪油,我没有酥油,就全都用了猪油。

  • 猪油55克
  • 玉米油25克
  • 30克
  • 蜂蜜15克
  • 白砂糖15克
  • 云腿馅250克

  • 1.准备面团料
  • 2.将蜂蜜、白糖和水倒在一起搅拌均匀
  • 3.玉米油倒入融化的猪油中,搅拌均匀
  • 4.将糖水倒入油中,搅拌均匀
  • 5.面粉倒入碗中,中间扒个窝
  • 6.少量多次倒入糖油液
  • 7.逐渐与面粉拌和
  • 8.最后调成柔软的面团
  • 9.将面团分成10份
  • 10.馅也分成10份
  • 11.将面团按成中间厚,边缘薄的圆片
  • 12.放入馅料
  • 13.包起
  • 14.收口向下放入烤盘中,稍稍按扁
  • 15.全部做好
  • 16.放入预热200度的烤箱,中层,烤约20-30分钟,
  • 17.表面金黄,即可出炉
