  • 1.准备好食材:如图。
  • 2.鲳鱼清理干净在鱼身上切几刀,因为鱼有点大这样易熟也易入味。
  • 3.热锅放油,等油温七成热时才放鱼下去才不会粘锅。
  • 4.翻另一面也煎制。
  • 5.配料都切好备用。
  • 6.等鱼煎至两面金黄后倒出来一些油,留一点底油,将鱼铲至一边,放入配料小火炒出香味来。
  • 7.然后调酱油,盐,糖。
  • 8.添加适量的水中火炖15分钟左右。
  • 9.美味炖鱼就是这么简单。
